A Power BI Developer is responsible for leading a team of engineers in a specific project or domain. They provide technical direction, oversee project execution, and ensure that deliverables are met within defined timelines and quality standards. Reporting developers often have strong technical expertise and guide their team members, facilitate communication, resolve technical challenges, and drive innovation and process improvement.

• Expertise on Git, SQL, Power BI (Report development or DAX, Paginated report, Dataset or IDM or M Query), SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of tools such as Logic apps, UI/UX tools and their functionality.
• Knowledge on Azure Fundamentals and Azure Function App Services.
• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing reports and dashboards.
• Unit testing and evaluating new programs.
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
• Team leading experience is essential.
• Ownership of individual and team tasks delivery.
• Decision making skillset is essential.
• Writing and implementing efficient code.
• Determining operational practicality.
• Developing quality assurance procedures.
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
